Perfect for cosplay, or turning your shelf into a pixel-perfect display inspired by the Minecraft Movie. Includes a stand — choose between a standard display stand or a lamp stand to light up your space.

📦 Included Files:

• Minecraft Movie Helmet – STL file (whole model) + divided model for standard printer sizes
• Helmet 3MF file – with pre-supported parts for easier printing
• Stand – STL and 3MF files for the whole and divided versions. Lamp version and basic version.
• Scale test rectangle – print this first to check sizing before committing to the full helmet

Model Dimensions:

• Helmet Size: 222 × 240 × 210 mm (8.7 × 9.4 × 8.3 inches)
• Stand Size: 175 × 178 × 256 mm (6.9 × 7 × 10.1 inches)

🛠️ Assembly Instructions – Helmet:
I recommend printing the included 3MF file with supports. I used PLA Crystal Clear Iceland Blue for the diamond look.
Assembly is easy - just use the included pins and holes to align and glue the parts together.
Planning to wear your helmet? Adding some foam padding. Also, before printing the full helmet, try the included scale test rectangle to make sure it’ll fit your head perfectly.

🛠️ Assembly Instructions – Stand:

• Print the stand using the included 3MF pre-supported file
• For a basic stand, use the basic top part and glue all parts together.
• For the lamp stand, use a Strala cord set from IKEA and a bulb (we used Solhetta bulbs)
  - Screw the cord into the printed insert and place it into the stand – choose between 1 or 2 end stops based on orientation
  - Use the hollowed top part printed with transparent filament to allow light to shine through
  - The stand includes a small hole for the cord and interior space to arrange the cable neatly

Print Settings:

Recommended: Use the pre-supported 3MF files for optimal quality.

• STL Alternative:
  • Infill: 15%
  • Layer height: 0.15 mm
• Transparent Filament Option:
  • Layer height: 0.20 or 0.30 mm
  • Infill 10% pattern: Gyroid
  • Add extra perimeters for a cleaner translucent effect
  • Higher print speeds and thicker layers will improve transparency

These settings are tested and optimized for Prusa printers and PrusaSlicer, but you can adjust them to suit your printer and filament type.
